• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes. From /account/billing → Manage subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, never mid-period.

• Do you offer refunds?

  Within 14 days of your first paid month, email us and we'll refund without question. After that, we don't pro-rate but you keep access through the period you paid for.

• Can I switch tiers?

  Yes — upgrade takes effect immediately with prorated billing through Stripe. Downgrade takes effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for.

• Do sponsors see my personal data?

  Sponsors can see anonymized state + tier engagement on their content — never your contact info unless you explicitly request a quote or click 'Contact This Company' on a sponsored article. You control the visible-to-sponsors toggle in your profile.

• What does the Wednesday brief contain?

  One email a week on the week's most important deal flow, regulatory shifts, and analysis. No tracking pixels, no upsells, easy unsubscribe.
